In June 2022, after 20 years of personalised cord blood and tissue banking, Biovault Technical took the difficult decision to stop offering private umbilical stem cell storage to families. As a result, we’re not taking on any further cord blood customers at this time.

If you have a storage agreement with Biovault Family, your cells remain securely stored at Biovault Technical, where they will stay for the duration of your agreement. Our facility remains as active and highly accredited as ever, so your cells are in safe hands.

When your storage agreement is coming to an end, we will write to you to discuss how your child’s cells will continue to be stored. Please keep us up to date with any changes to your contact details.
